Laura Little is Learning and Development Manager at CABA.
She is an experienced learning and development professional with a background in psychology supported by a Degree and Masters in Psychology. Laura have over ten years experience of production and delivery of training courses to a range of different client groups. She have previously worked with young offenders, delivering both group work and one to one work, as well as training staff in the development of resilience and the complex nature of human behaviour.
Laura's current work involves management of the training service of a member's charity ensuring consistently high delivery of training courses in a range of formats including face to face and on-line. She also deliver a range of innovative services and tools to support training and allow delegates to embed their learning.
