Rob (He/Him) is a UK based tech writer with a BA Honours Degree in English Studies with Media Communications and a Diploma in Proofreading and Copy Editing.
After several long years working in the financial sector, Rob decided to pursue his passion for writing, taking the plunge into the world of freelancing at the start of 2022.
Since that time, Rob has built up a considerable portfolio of work, covering everything including buyer’s guides, hardware reviews, sponsored commerce and eCommerce articles, features, and game reviews.
In addition to his contributions at TechRadar, Rob’s work has also been featured at MakeUseOf.com, How-To Geek, and IGN.
As a lifelong gamer, and alongside his love of PC gaming, Rob has owned pretty much every game console ever released, and knows his onions when it comes to gaming hardware and peripherals.
Besides tinkering with his PC and his RPG character builds, Rob is passionate about music, movies, and martial arts.
When he’s not working, you can often find him playing Mario Kart with his 5-year old daughter, or telling people how “2001: A Space Odyssey” is the best movie of all time.
Currently Rob is playing Dredge and Lords of the Fallen.
