Does VOXI offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders come with free delivery, but which delivery service the network chooses will depend on your order total. Orders worth £60 or more come with standard DPD delivery, which should arrive in 1 - 2 working days. Any orders totalling under £60 will instead be sent with Royal Mail which will take 3 - 5 working days to arrive.
Can I check the VOXI coverage in my area?
As a Vodafone MVNO, VOXI keeps its customers connected using Vodafone's signal infrastructure, which covers 99% of the UK on at least 4G signal. If you want to know how good signal will be in your area, VOXI has a dedicated signal checker page on its website. Just provide your postcode, and you'll be able to see how strong 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G coverage is where you live.
What is VOXI Drop?
VOXI Drop is the mobile network's own members' reward scheme offered in partnership with well-known brands and establishments including Odeon cinemas, MyProtein, and even the Royal Albert Hall. Members can access discounts, prize draws and giveaways, with over 60,000 items are up for grabs through the prize draws and options updated monthly. Can I return items to VOXI?
If you aren't happy with any hardware you've bought from VOXI, you can send items back for a refund if you do so within 30 days of your purchase date. To get started, contact the team and they'll send a pre-paid shipping label to save you on return costs. Make sure to include any items that were included and package your tech in the original packaging to be eligible for your refund. If you're looking to get refunded for a plan, you can do so within 14 days of your purchase date, so long as you haven't used any texts, data or minutes.

Refer a friend to VOXI: VOXI runs a referral program it calls "Friends with Benefits" that offers you and a friend bonuses when you refer them to the brand. Once you have created a VOXI account, log in and a unique referral link will be generated. Watch out for deals: Like many mobile networks, VOXI regularly runs deals on all kinds of plans and devices. Deals can include discounts of up to £350 off new handsets, extra data add-ons, and cashback offers depending on which plans and devices you're looking to buy.
Opt for a refurb device: VOXI also stocks a number of refurbished devices, which are second-hand or returned items that have been restored to workable condition.
