What delivery options does AEG offer?
AEG customers can choose from two options - standard delivery and next day delivery. Standard delivery costs £3.99 per order and should arrive in 3 - 5 working days, whereas Next Day delivery will cost you £6.99 and will arrive the next day if you order before 2.30pm (unless you order on a weekend, in which case your order will arrive the following Tuesday).
Does AEG accept returns?
AEG gives customers 14 days after purchase to return items. Returns on appliances are free - just get in touch with the team to arrange this. However, returns of spare parts and accessories are not covered by their free returns policy - in this case, you will need to cover the cost of all returns postage yourself.
How do I contact AEG?
