Does Cariloha offer free shipping?
If you’d like to qualify for free shipping, you’ll need to order over $100 worth of products. Please note that free shipping is only available in the contiguous U.S. Shipping fees are applicable on all orders under $100 or if shipping is required to Canada or Australia.
How long does delivery take?
Cariloha recommends allowing 3-4 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays will slow the delivery process down a little so keep that in mind if you require your order urgently.
Do Cariloha products come with a warranty?
All Cariloha bamboo products are sold with a 1-Year Limited Quality Warranty. This gives customers peace of mind that they’re covered should a product have any rare or unexpected manufacturer defects. If these problems are found, Cariloha will replace or repair the product. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear, tear or damage made by the customer. If you’re unsure what is covered, you can contact the customer support team at Cariloha.
