Do I get a warranty on my Corelle products?
Corelle dinnerware comes with a 3-year warranty. This mainly covers breakage, chipping, and staining but please note that this does not cover accidental breakage.
Are Corelle products microwave-safe?
Yes, you can put Corelle dinnerware in the microwave, just make sure to read the safety instructions beforehand that come with the product.
I made a mistake in my order, can I modify it?
Corelle allows self-cancellation for only 90 minutes after you’ve made a purchase. The best way to modify your order is to cancel the order entirely and place another one.
How long will it take for my Corelle order to arrive?
For 48 Contiguous States, if you have opted for standard delivery it can take up to 7 business days to arrive. Express delivery will only take up to 3 business days. For customers in Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, standard delivery can take up to 10-15 business days, and express delivery 5 business days.
What is Corelle’s return policy?
If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Corelle allows you to return products within 90 days of purchase. You can expect to receive a full refund minus the original shipping and handling charges. You will also have to pay an additional $8 for the return shipping.
How do I return a product?
Make sure that the products are in the original packaging and include the packing list or a copy of your order confirmation. You can get a prepaid UPS label for a $8 fee and return it to this address: Corelle Brands LLC, Attn: Consumer Returns, 12000 Molly Pitcher Hwy South, Greencastle, PA 17225. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for your return to be processed.
