Can I get an ESET free trial?
Yes, ESET offers a 30-day free trial on select plans, namely its Essential and Premium plans, giving you a whole month to try out their software before you are charged your first payment. Note that this also stacks with the 30-day money back guarantee, meaning a total of 60 days to use the software before your purchase is final. ESET recommends using this time to determine if its software is right for you before you fully commit to a plan.
Is there an ESET app?
Customers can download the ESET app free of charge through the Apple App or Google Play stores. Once it's been installed on your mobile device, sign in to your account to get all the benefits of your chosen plan. What is the ESET returns policy?
All ESET plans come with a 30-day money back guarantee, meaning you can contact their team on 1-844-824-3738 (select Option 1) to start the refund process at any point before this period ends. So long as you get in touch before this period ends, you'll be entitled to a full refund (which may take a full billing cycle to come through). Note that for any plans that include a free trial, the 30-day money back guarantee period only starts from the date that your trial ends and you are due to be charged for your first billing cycle (i.e. 30 days after you sign up, giving you 60 days from that date to cancel/ask for a refund).
