Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. If you’re order has not yet been processed, then you can simply pause the order until you’re ready to get back up and running again. If you’ve changed your mind and realized that Factor meals are not for you, then you can cancel your subscription through your account portal.
Can I buy a Factor gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased through the Factor website. All you need to do is specify the amount, enter your details, and choose who you want it sent to. Factor will then get in touch with the recipient, who will then need to choose their meals and wait for their doorstep delivery. Unfortunately, customers can only redeem one gift card per meal plan at one time.
Where does Factor deliver to?
Factor delivers to all 48 contiguous states. The only exceptions in the US are therefore Alaska and Hawaii. You don’t need to be present at home to receive delivery but you will want to make sure you put refrigerated items in the refrigerator when you return home.
What packaging does Factor use and is it recyclable?
All Factor meals are packaged using BPA-free CPET individual plastic containers. These are not only safe for both storage and cooking but are also recyclable.

Factor offers meal plans ranging from 6 up to 18 meals per week. The more meals you choose, the lower the price per serving becomes. To put that in context, if you choose 6 meals per week, then the per-serving price is $7.00. Alternatively, if you choose 18 meals per week, the per-serving price drops to $5.75.

After a week or two, you might find yourself wanting to throw some variety into your meal plans. Changes can’t be made after your order is locked in and processed but it is possible to make changes to future weeks at any point.
