What is the Customize It tool?
The Customise It tool allows you to customize the type of protein you would like in your dish. Please note that this is only available on select meals and currently vegetables and side dishes cannot be customized
What types of meals does Home Chef offer?
Home Chef offers a variety of meal options to suit your needs. The Culinary Collection features premium proteins and gourmet ingredients for a more elevated dining experience. For quick meals, the Express plan can be prepared in 15 minutes or less, while Oven-Ready meals take 45 minutes or less and come in ready-to-bake trays. The Fast & Fresh plan includes microwave-friendly, ready-to-eat meals. Plus, there’s a Family Meal option with 4 servings per dish, perfect for larger households.
Can I skip a week or pause my Home Chef subscription?
Yes, Home Chef allows you to skip a week. Simply log into your account and go to ‘upcoming meals’. Select the week you’d like to skip and click ‘skip week’ on the right. You will also receive a confirmation email afterward.
Will Home Chef still deliver if I’m not home that day?
The Home Chef delivery driver will leave the box for you at the door with no signature required. You will also receive an email confirming that your package has been delivered.
