Does Lebara offer coverage in my area?
Lebara is a Vodafone-based MVNO, meaning it piggybacks off Vodafone's signal infrastructure to keep its customers connected. Vodafone offers coverage to 99% of the UK using its 4G network, plus brand new 5G connectivity for higher-speed connections. Can I keep my old number?
Yes, Lebara customers can choose to bring an old mobile number to the network if they prefer. To do so, you'll need to text 65075 to receive a PAC code, then activate your new Lebara SIM and enter your PAC code into the online form on the Keep Your Existing Number page of the website. The change will be processed on the date you select during form completion.
What add-ons does Lebara offer?
If you find yourself wanting to top up your data or minutes in a month, Lebara offers options for both through its website. Data add-ons allow between 2 - 20GBs of extra data, whilst customers can purchase between 100 - 1000 additional UK minutes or 50 - 1000 additional internal minutes. What is the Lebara return policy?
