How much is delivery at Lodge Cast Iron?
The standard delivery rate is $8.99 for customer-resident shipments. This covers all contiguous US states. If your order is over $75, you’ll automatically qualify for free shipping. Please note that the order must come to over $75 after all discounts and taxes have been applied. The free shipping also only applies to residential small parcel orders shipped to a single residential address. Lodge Cast Iron doesn’t ship to P.O. boxes.
How do I return a product to Lodge Cast Iron?
If you’ve changed your mind about a product you purchased, you can return it for a refund. You have 30 days from the date of your purchase. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You can begin the returns process by heading to the website and answering a few questions relating to your product.
