Does Miele offer free shipping?
Yes, if you register and create an account with Miele, they are currently offering free shipping on orders placed by new members. If you are not eligible for this offer, shipping costs are calculated on a per appliance basis at the checkout. Note that orders for accessories & vacuum bags worth more than £50 are shipped with free delivery as standard.
Do Miele dispose of my old appliance?
As part of their standard service, Miele will remove your old appliance, connect your new one and take away all packaging so you don't have to worry about fitting or disposals after your product arrives. This part of the service is covered by the shipping costs, which are shown at the checkout before your place your order.
Is there a Miele app?
Miele customers can download the brand's app for free from the Apple App & Google Play stores. The app lets you connect you appliances and monitor & control them from your mobile device, giving you complete control over your smart home on the go. You'll also get access to product information and support services, ranging from coffee machine guides to technical documents and even recipes.
Do Miele products come with a warranty?
Miele offers a 2-year warranty on its appliances as standard, protecting customers from any faults or manufacture issues. However, if you want to extend your warranty, you can do so through the brand's website. These add-ons are priced from £4.89 per month, with prices varying depending on which of your appliances you are looking to extend warranty coverage for.
What is the Miele returns policy?
Customers can choose to send items back to Miele within 30 days of their purchase if they aren't happy. Miele will cover the cost of return shipping if your item is faulty, but you will need to cover your own costs if you've simply changed your mind.
