Does Nextbase offer free shipping?
Yes, most orders including dashcams are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail with free next day delivery included as standard (so long as your order is placed before 8pm on a business day). If your order only contains parts, your order will incur a £1.50 fee and should arrive via Royal Mail within 2 - 3 business days.
Do Nextbase products come with a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties are included with all products sold through the Nextbase website, with electronic devices covered for 12 months and all accessories & rechargeable batteries covered for 6 months. Your warranty covers you against defects or manufacturer faults, and you can make a claim through the brand's dedicated Warranty page.
What is the Nextbase return policy?
Nextbase customers can return items to the brand if they change their mind, so long as they do so within 30 days. Note that items need to be sent back in their original packaging & condition with any included accessories or freebies. You will also need to include proof of purchase, such as your order number or email receipt, and you will also have to cover all return postage costs.
