How do I find my order number?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation where you can find your order number. Pro tip: create an account so you can access more details like order history, shipping time, etc.
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, can I rectify that?
Our Place allows you to cancel your order within 60 minutes of your purchase. You will find a link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Once you’ve done so, you can place another order with the correct information.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
All orders under $85 will have a shipping charge. You can find the exact fee when you checkout.
I’m not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Our Place allows you to return your order within 100 days of your order being shipped. You can return free of charge by mail or directly going to one of Our Place stores. However, please note that shipping costs and gift cards are non-refundable. Engraved products can not be returned.
Is the cookware oven-friendly?
Yes, Our Place cookware is oven-friendly. Just make sure to check the recommended maximum temperature on the ‘Care & Use’ page.
Can I use the dishwasher to wash Our Place products?
Our Place recommends hand washing cookware while their tableware is dishwasher friendly.
