Does Pro Breeze offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders come with free standard shipping which arrives in 2 - 3 working days (i.e. not weekends or bank holidays). If you want to opt for faster shipping, you can pay £3.99 for expedited shipping, which will arrive in 1 working day.
Do Pro Breeze products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Pro Breeze devices come with a 1-year warranty as standard, covering you against any manufacturer faults or defects. You'll need to activate your warranty by registering your device once you've received it. Should you need to claim on your warranty, you'll just need to get in touch with the customer service team. If you'd like to be covered for longer, you can also pay for an extended warranty, which covers you for 3 years.
What is the Pro Breeze return policy?
If you decide your item isn't right for you, you can get in touch with the Pro Breeze team within 14 days of placing your order to initiate a return. You'll then have 14 days from this date to send your item back to the brand, which you will need to do at your own cost. So long as your item is received in good condition with no signs of damage, the team will initiate a refund. Note that used or refurbished products cannot be returned (except under a warranty).
