How does delivery work with Raymour & Flanigan?
All in-stock mattresses and adjustable base purchases over $500 qualify for free next-day delivery. Orders under this amount will attract a delivery fee. Additionally, Raymour & Flanigan will remove and recycle old mattresses in acceptable condition, as well as remove 100% of the product’s packaging materials.
What does Raymour & Flanigan white glove delivery include?
The delivery team begins by carefully examining your purchases before they are delivered. Once everything is ready for delivery, Raymour & Flanigan will get in touch when they’re on their way. Upon arrival, the furniture will be fully assembled and placed where the customer wants them.
Can I return a product to Raymour & Flanigan?
If an item arrives damaged, you can either notify the delivery team or contact a customer care representative immediately. If the product is a piece of furniture, then Raymour & Flanigan will arrange for a qualified repair technician to come to your home and repair the damage. If it is a home decor product, then Raymour & Flanigan will arrange an exchange. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Assembled or modified items are unable to be returned.
