Does Rugs Direct offer free shipping?
Rugs Direct offers free shipping on all orders in the USA. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico, you will be charged the shipping fee to the destination which will be visible to you when you checkout.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days but the exact time depends on the location of the delivery. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. Please note that made-to-order items will take longer to arrive; around 3-4 weeks.
I made a mistake in my order, how do I edit it?
You should call Rugs Direct as soon as possible at 888-464-1447 to either edit or cancel your order. However, please note that orders that are already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
How do I return a rug if I’m not happy with it?
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery but please note that you are responsible for the return shipping charges. The item should be in its original packaging. Clearance items, final sale items, made-to-order, and samples cannot be returned. Rugs Direct suggests that you allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
