How do I use my eSIM?

What is the Saily return policy?
Any inactive eSIMs can be returned for a full refund if you contact the team to arrange this within 30 days of the date of your purchase. Any active eSIMs, used or unsued, are no longer eligible for a full refund, although you may still be entitled to a partial refund if you've used less than 1% of your allowance (or if connection issues meant you were unable to use your plan).
