Does Stearns & Foster offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping comes as standard on all Stearns & Foster orders to any of the contiguous US states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and any remote locations within the US will incur a $25 fee for comforter orders, or a $600 fee if your order includes an mattresses.
Can Stearns & Foster remove my old mattress?
Yes, orders including mattresses, flat foundations & adjustable bases include in-home delivery as part of the free standard delivery service, meaning you can have your products brought to a room of your choosing on your delivery day. Once your bed or frame is ready to go, the delivery team will also remove the old bed you're replacing along with any packaging & box springs.
Does Stearns & Foster offer warranties?
Many of the brand's products come with warranties, which vary in length depending on the product you're buying. Mattresses & power bases come with 10-year warranties, whilst pillows are covered for 5 years, EASE Adjustable power bases are covered for 25 years, and other accessories are covered for 1 year. To start making a claim, you'll need to head to the dedicated warranty page on the Stearns & Foster website.
What is the Stearns & Foster return policy?
For mattresses, customers can make the most of their 90-night sleep trial to arrange a return if they're not 100% happy. Just fill out the returns form on the brand's site to get started. Once the mattress has been received, your refund will be processed, minus the cost to Stearns & Foster of arranging the return shipping. Note that non-mattress products cannot be returned (mainly for hygiene reasons) unless it's under a warranty.
