Plus, get up to 25% off the Apple Watch SE
The Apple Watch 8 is rumoured for next month and feeding that fire some more are the big price cuts that are now available on the Apple Watch 7 and Apple Watch SE at Amazon. Both popular wearables have fallen to their lowest prices ever.
There are savings of up to 25% on a variety of versions and colors, so if you know what features, strap and style you want, head through to Amazon to see all the current deals and bag a bargain.
If you don't want to browse through them all, though, we've picked out some of the highlights for you right here. Some of the Apple Watch deals below are the cheapest prices ever for the smartwatch - or are so close to the previous record low that the difference is negligible.
Take this Apple Watch 7 (GPS, 41mm) for £296.65 (was £399). That's the lowest price we've seen for what we consider to be the best smartwatch available today. While it's very similar to the previous Apple Watch 6, the improvements to its screen, battery life and fitness features do enough to justify its existence. It's a fantastic buy at this price, then, if you want a capable smartwatch and won't need the top-of-the-line features in the upcoming model.
Today's best Apple Watch deals
Apple Watch 7 (GPS, 45mm): £369 £296.65 at Amazon
Save £120 – Today's discount on the Apple Watch 7 with a green band is the lowest price we've seen - though there are discounts on other colours that are only around £5 - £10 more, too. Features in Apple's top-end smartwatch include an always-on display, GPS, heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking. There are also the more advanced ECG and blood oxygen functions that aren't found on the cheaper SE. Overall, this is a fantastic price for one of the best wearables you can buy right now.
Apple Watch SE (GPS, 40mm): £269 £203.15 at Amazon
Save £66 – It isn't only the Apple Watch 7 that's on offer right now. The more budget-friendly Apple Watch SE is also reduced - and this version is currently available for its cheapest price ever. The design is very similar to the more premium smartwatch, but it has a smaller screen and doesn't feature the same always-on function. It comes with all key health and fitness tracking features, too, such as heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking and GPS. It's a solid affordable option for most users.
As well as these specific Apple Watch 7 and Apple Watch SE models above, you can find other versions with larger straps and cellular capabilities that allow you to make calls and send texts. The GPS models can do this, but your phone must be nearby in order for it to be possible, while the Cellular ones have this function in-built.
The jump in price for the larger straps is a fairly trivial £5-£10, while the difference for a Cellular smartwatch is more considerable at around £75. It's an added function that you most likely won't need, but if you prefer the flexibility then it's a worthwhile upgrade.
If you don't see an offer on your chosen model, too, make sure you flick through a few of the different colours as only a few are actually featured in the sale. This varies by smartwatch and size, too, so definitely take your time to check all the options so you don't miss out on the right one for you.
