Best Wireless Flash Trigger: 03 Hähnel Combi TF
Price: £50, $90

The Hähnel is definitely a dual-purpose device, equally suited to remotely controlling a D-SLR as well as firing an off-camera flashgun.
As such, it comes with three cables for connecting the receiver to all different types of remote control sockets used on various DSLRs.
In this configuration, the transmitter has a two-stage shutter release button, and options for regular shooting or setting a four-second timer delay.
As a remote flash trigger, it's rather more basic and lacks the advanced features of devices like the Phottix and PocketWizard models. An optional cable is available separately for triggering studio flash heads.
Our verdict
Pros… Multiple options for remote control, full set of cables for most cameras.
Cons… No PC port, off-camera flash functions are fairly basic.
WE say… A competent piece of kit at an affordable price and build quality feels good.
