The professional PocketWizard MiniTTL transmitter and FlexTT5 transceiver are available separately, priced at around £150 or just over $200 each.
They have a monster operating range of up to 240m and, uniquely in this group, enable iTTL flash metering with remote flash.
It's also the only system that offers high-speed flash sync with compatible flashguns, for super-fast shutter speeds.
With multiple transceivers you can organise flashguns in up to three separate groups for advanced lighting techniques.
A wide range of cables is also available (purchased separately) for connection to cameras and studio flash heads.
Our verdict
Pros… Immensely powerful and robust, advanced features, remote iTTL flash metering.
Cons… Much more expensive than most wireless triggers.
WE say… It's the best option on the market, and well worth the high asking price.
