Upcoming games 2025 for console and PC
Here's what you'll be playing this year
Now that we're looking ahead to another year of gaming, there's the question of whether Nintendo will be launching a new console in 2025. Thanks to a short presentation in January, we know that the Nintendo Switch 2 is indeed set to launch later this year. For now, we know what it looks like, that most Switch games will be playable on it, and that there's a new Mario Kart on the way. Now it's just a short wait before a Direct in April is set to reveal more.
Now that we're into 2025, there's plenty of big games to look forward to in the coming months. These include a few games that were delayed out of last year, as well as some very highly anticipated titles indeed.
From Avowed to GTA 6, the games slated for upcoming release look to be a very fine line-up indeed, regardless of whether you're playing on console or PC. Some games are much closer than others however, so it can be a little tricky to keep track of everything. That's where we come in.
Below, we’ve collated release dates and windows for the biggest confirmed games of 2025 and beyond. So whether you’re playing on PC or consoles, there will likely be at least one game on this list that you’ll want to mark on your calendar. Here's the upcoming games to look forward to in 2025.
