Created in partnership with Sky TV
From big screen dramas on Sky Atlantic, to award-winning comedies and breath-taking documentaries, Sky’s line-up during August and September has to be seen to be believed. The whole family can be kept entertained with over 100 channels that are not available on Freeview.
There’s something for everyone this August on Sky, with US drama S.W.A.T. making its debut on the new Sky Entertainment pack, along with the return of critically-acclaimed Shades of Blue, Stan Lee’s Lucky Man, Instinct and the wickedly funny Sick Note, starring Rupert Grint and Nick Frost.
In September, A Discovery of Witches (on 14th September) will make its way onto Sky, along with Sick of It (on 27th September). Also next month, the excellent HBO drama The Deuce, with Maggie Gyllenhaal, enters a second season and is sure to be as gripping as the first.
All of this, plus a lot more, can be had for just £20 a month with the Sky Entertainment pack and the next generation Sky Q box. You get over 300 channels, including Dave and Gold, and you can catch up on the latest shows from the last 30 days with over 60 catch up TV channels. If you’re worried that with all these brilliant shows you may miss out on, then the brilliant Sky Q box will help you out, allowing you to record three different channels at once while you watch a fourth. It comes with a huge 1TB hard drive for storing up to 500 hours of TV.
If you’re after even more entertainment, then you can add on extra channels to build the ideal Sky package for you and your family, such as adding Sky Sports from £18 a month. If you’re a movie buff, then the Sky Cinema package can be added for £10 a month, giving you access to over 1,000 movies on demand. Kids can be kept entertained with the Kids package for £5 a month, which gives you 11 kids channels, as well as over 5,000 episodes on demand, all now available on mobile with the Sky Kids app. Finally, if you love a good binge watch, then the Box Sets pack for £5 a month gives you access to an incredible collection of UK and US shows.
