May launch alongside Realme GT Neo 3
Realme Pad Mini recently made its debut in the Phillipines. It is a strippeversion of Realme Pad. The tablet is now all set to come to India pretty soon. The teaser and the microsite of the Realme Pad Mini are available on both Flipkart and Realme's official website.
In the Realme Pad Mini, we will see some major downgrades in terms of processor and other details. At this point in time, the Realme Pad is available in the market at a price of Rs 13,999. We can expect that the stripped-off version of the tablet will be available at a price somewhere around Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000.
Realme Pad Mini expected specifications
High chances are that there will be no changes in terms of specifications of the Realme Pad Mini India variant as compared to the one launched in the Phillipines.
It comes with an 8.7-inch LCD display having 1340x800 pixels resolution. The smartphone will be powered by a Unisoc T616 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It will operate on the Realme UI 2.0 based on the Android 11 operating system. Maybe we can see the Android 12 operating system in the Indian variant.
In terms of optics, the Realme Pad Mini sports an 8MP primary shooter at the back. At the front, the tablet has a 5MP sensor for the sake of selfies and video calls. When it comes to dimensions, the tablet is 7.6mm thick and weighs around 372 grams.
The tablet draws power from a 6,400mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Furthermore, the storage of the tablet is expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.
Well, no wonder we are sceptical about how the upcoming Realme tablet is going to perform in the Indian market. While there are smartphones that offer better specifications on a slightly higher budget.
