Verizon: America's largest network offers more value than you might think
If you’re thinking about switching mobile networks, it might be time to give Verizon a second look. As the largest carrier in the US, Verizon not only has a lot of coverage to ensure you get the service you pay for, but it also has a lot of ways it can offer extra value to its subscribers. Here’s a quick look at just a few ways you can get more out of a Verizon subscription, including a special new plan available to switchers for a limited time.
You don’t need to pay for a new phone
A big part of people’s monthly payments to their carrier is the price of a phone split up over many months. But you don’t have to get a new phone to switch to Verizon. Verizon supports a wide variety of phones, and it will let you bring yours to save on your bill every month.
Of course, if you do want a new phone, Verizon has incentives for new subscribers to various plans that can see the upfront and total price of the devices reduced.
You can group up for huge value
If you’ve got friends or family who could use a new carrier as well, the value you can get from Verizon goes through the roof. For example, Verizon’s 5G Start plan costs $70/month for one person. For two people, that drops to $60 per line each month. Bump up to four lines, and each person on the plan is only paying $35 a month, or even just $30 if you have a fifth line.
You can save money while saving time and the planet
Thought those group plan prices were good? Well they can get even better. If you enable Auto Pay and paperless billing on your account, you’ll save even more. You’ll save your time not having to log in every month to sort out paying the bill. You’ll save the planet a little bit by not wasting paper and the emissions of delivery on the paper bill. And you’ll save $10 per line every month.
A new plan to kick it off
If you’re a new customer trying to max out all the value offerings, Verizon’s new Welcome Unlimited plan can keep the value rolling. This plan puts you on Verizon’s 5G Nationwide network, which covers over 2,700 cities in the US. It gives you unlimited talk, text, and data as well.
By bringing your own phone, grouping up with three other people, and taking advantage of Verizon’s AutoPay and paperless billing incentives, your bill can go as low as $25 per line each month. Add a fifth person, and it’ll be just $20. If you think a deal like that can’t last, Verizon has news for you. The carrier is offering a three-year price guarantee on the plan, so you can lock that value in.
You’ll also get to enjoy other perks that come with Verizon’s unlimited plans, like unlimited talk, text, and data in Mexico and Canada; international texting to over 200 countries and territories; and automatic spam call blocking. Plus, Verizon Up rewards provide extra treats for subscribers, like early access to ticket sales for major events and special discounts on mobile accessories and items from retail partners.
If you’re ready to see the value Verizon can offer you, you can check out the plans and get started signing up for Welcome Unlimited here.
