Cyber Monday Apple Watch deals: The event has ended, but the deals certainly haven't
Cyber Monday is officially over, but the deals are still going strong
Both Black Friday and Cyber Monday have officially concluded, and we've seen some tremendous savings over the last few days. Notably in the US we've had great prices on the Apple Watch Ultra 2, Series 10, Series 9, and a stunning lowest-ever price of just $149.
• In the UK? Check out the best UK Black Friday Apple Watch deals here
As Tuesday dawns, the official Cyber Monday event has ended at Amazon, Walmart, and beyond. However, that doesn't mean you can't score yourself a last-minute deal.
Maybe you didn't catch the sales, or you're having buyer's remorse about that Android fitness tracker you've picked up. Whatever the situation, there are still some good Apple Watch deals out there you can grab right now.
Black Friday Apple Watch deals: Quick links
- Apple Watch SE 2 (40mm): back to $169 at Amazon
- Apple Watch SE 2 Cellular (44mm): still just $219 at Amazon
- Apple Watch Series 10: $329 at Amazon

- Apple Watch Ultra 2 in titanium black: $734.89 at Amazon
Today's best Black Friday Apple Watch deals
While we did see this drop as low as $149 over the Black Friday weekend, the best you'll get now is $169. That's only $20 more and still a fantastic price on Apple's budget smartwatch at Amazon.
The Apple Watch SE Cellular is still available at $219, although we did see it as low as $199 over the sales weekend, it's still a great price on the model that gets you music streaming, navigation, and more.
The best Series 9 price out there right now is Best Buy's clearance of $83, which gets you last year's model for just $315.
The Apple Watch Series 10 is still down to its lowest-ever price of just $329, a stunning saving on an Apple Watch that only came out a few weeks ago.
Also still sitting at its lowest-ever price is this 46mm version of the Series 10, $70 off and just $359 despite only launching in September.
The best Apple Watch Ultra discount going right now is this $50 saving on the original silver colorway, down to just $749. That's only $30 more expensive than the lowest price we saw over the weekend, so not to be sniffed at now the event is over.
Meet the expert
I've been covering Black Friday for five years now, and I've been a health and fitness journalist for 10, so I know what to look for when it comes to deals on smartwatches. As Apple Watches are far and away the most popular smartwatches around, I'll be able to tell you straight away if a deal is good value or not. It might sound simple, but the many configurations and variations of Apple Watches we find make navigating the deals a challenge. It's not just about which Apple watch to buy: sizes, case materials, GPS and Cellular capabilities can all affect the price.
LIVE: Latest Updates
US deal: First up we've got this ace Apple Watch Ultra 2 black deal, down from $799 to $719 at Best Buy (and price-matched at Amazon), saving you $80. The coolest thing about this deal is that it comes in its new-for-2024 satin black color, complete with matching black Ocean band. We don't normally see significant discounts on new watches, so this is a welcome surprise.
Even if it is last year's model with a new lick of paint, the Ultra 2 is the best smartwatch on the market today, and doesn't normally see big discounts, so this is well worth snapping up if you've been eyeing Apple Watch Ultra 2 users with envy.
With the chunky nature of the watch and its rugged black titanium exterior, it looks like the sort of watch Batman might wear. We love it at this price: this satin black Apple Watch Ultra 2 deal has taken what might otherwise be an excessive, expensive piece of wristwear, and made it 10% cheaper and 100% cooler.

Should I buy the Apple Watch Ultra 2 on Black Friday?
Should you buy the Apple Watch Ultra 2 on Black Friday? Well, if you're an iPhone user who craves longer battery life, a bigger and better screen (although this is partially mitigated by the incredible screen on the cheaper Apple Watch Series 10, but more on that later) and advanced exercise metrics, the Apple Watch Ultra 2 is a solid get.
We've rated it the best smartwatch on the market for a reason: it's a high-performance workhorse, with an in-built dive computer, highly accurate GPS (it's allegedly incredibly accurate for running in cities) and programmable Action Button. The titanium casing and safety tools like emergency siren differentiates it from the standard Apple Watch, along with its 36-hour battery life.
It won't last a full weekend without a charge, especially if you're doing GPS workouts which drain the battery life considerably. However, if you love running, cycling, scuba or the great outdoors in any capacity, this is the best Apple Watch for you, especially at a 10% discount. If you don't care about any of that, maybe it's not for you.
Next up, the Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen), or SE 2. The Apple Watch SE 2 is almost the opposite of the huge, titanium-wrapped Apple Watch Ultra 2 discussed below: instead of a super-advanced watch at a premium price point, it's a new watch made with slightly older parts sold at a lower price point. It's the best value Apple Watch for most people, even at full price.
Right now, you can get the smaller 40mm, GPS-only Apple Watch SE 2 in its Starlight Aluminium case for just $149 on Amazon, a massive $100 saving. That's the lowest price this super-popular watch has ever been, making it the deal to beat this year. Its larger 44mm variant is also down from $279 to $199 at Amazon.

Should I buy an Apple Watch SE on Black Friday?
The Apple Watch SE 2, or SE (2nd Gen) as it's otherwise known, is the best Apple Watch for most people. It does everything people expect an Apple Watch to do including calls, texts, emails, third-party apps and so on. It uses the same watchOS 11 software as all the other up-to-date Apple Watches do, while offering solid workout tracking comparable to the best fitness trackers.
However, because it’s the cheapest in the range, it’s missing a few bells and whistles. Its battery life is the equal of the Apple Watch Series 10 at 18 hours, but the watch is missing the 10's useful fast-charging capability. Unlike the Apple Watch Series 9 and 10, it doesn’t have the advanced S9 or S10 chipsets. These allow you to use the hands-free “double tap” motion control, and make the Series 9 and Series 10 faster, more powerful wrist-based computers.
However, most people just want a cool Apple Watch that does the job for a reasonable price, and we can wholeheartedly recommend the Apple Watch SE 2.
This deal on the brand new Apple Watch Series 10 is too good to be true. At Walmart, you can save a cool $70 the 42mm (bringing it down from $399 to $329) and the larger 46mm models (from $429 to $359) in Jet Black or Rose Gold colorways. As it’s a watch that was only released in September, both are lowest-ever prices on their sizes.
A top-down redesign, the Apple Watch Series 10 is the thinnest and lightest Apple Watch available right now, with the biggest screen real estate - topping even the Apple Watch Ultra for size, despite the smaller chassis, due to its new curving design. It’s got an onboard ECG and sleep apnoea detection, it’s easier to read at a glance, and it’s now able to charge up to 80% battery capacity in just 30 minutes.
- Apple Watch Series 10 (42mm) GPS: was $399 now $329 at Walmart
- Apple Watch Series 10 (46mm) GPS: was $429 now $359 at Walmart
If you're looking for last year's Apple Watch Series 9 this Black Friday, then there are some great savings to be had in the US. It's not got the redesigned chassis or fast charging of the Series 10, but it's still an excellent watch packing the advanced S9 chipset to enable it to interface with newer iPhones, using the Ultra Wideband technology introduced last year.
Stateside, the best we've seen is a 30% saving on the 41mm Series 9, now just $279.99 instead of $399.99 at Amazon. You'll also find savings on the 45mm case version at that same link, now down to $306.89.

Apple Watch Series 10 vs Apple Watch Series 9: Which should you buy?
If you're looking at the Apple Watch Black Friday sales, but you're struggling to choose between the Apple Watch Series 9 vs Series 10, let us break down the difference for you.
The Series 9 is last year's mainstream Apple Watch model, while the Series 10 is new for 2024. The Series 10 model is larger in display across the board, 42mm and 46mm vs 41mm and 45mm. However, it's got a thinner chassis that sits more comfortably on your wrist.
It comes with a snappier, newer chip that will help with longevity and future software updates, and there's also a titanium option where the Series 9's premium finish is stainless steel. One of the biggest upgrades is the Series 10's uprated OLED display which is 40% brighter when viewed from an angle.
Finally, the Series 10 is more water resistant than the Series 9.
Naturally, the Series 9 is cheaper due to its age, but it's also getting some more generous discounts. By contrast, you'll only find around 5-10% off the Apple Watch Series 10 at most retailers.
GPS vs Cellular: which Apple Watch should you buy?
You’ve probably seen in some deals, we’ve specified whether the watch is GPS-only, vs GPS & cellular. An Apple Watch capable of cellular connectivity means that you can add it to a data plan. Once you do so, just like your phone, you can use the internet (maps, Whatsapp, email and so on) independently of your phone. A GPS-only Apple Watch has to rely on using your iPhone’s roaming data.
In practice, this means you can leave your phone somewhere and stay connected on your wrist, making the Apple Watch a mini-phone instead of an accessory. You can also use maps and music streaming away from your phone, allowing you to go for a run and leave your phone at home.
It’s pretty cool, but not everyone will need this feature, and as you have to pay a premium for a cellular-capable watch, if you’re just after the cheapest Apple Watch you can buy you may want to skip it. It’s worth noting that all Apple Watch Ultra series watches come cellular-capable as standard.
The Apple Watch SE is a brilliant cheap Apple Watch, but you can drastically improve its usefulness, as mentioned below, by buying a cellular model. Down to the lowest-ever prices in the US, buying a cellular Apple Watch gets you on-the-go music streaming, calls and texts using the internet, and more all without an iPhone present. Perfect for workouts when your phone is at home, or in a gym locker.
It also makes the Apple Watch SE a perfect first smartwatch, using the Apple Watch For Your Kids feature to set up your family as a unit. Younger family members can go out without a phone, but still receive and reply to messages.

Should you buy a refurbished Apple Watch on Black Friday?
There are some unbelievable renewed Apple Watch deals going around on Black Friday if you know where to find them, but should you buy them?
One top deal would be this $379.99 Apple Watch Ultra at Amazon, a huge saving on a full-price Ultra.
In the box, you'll get all the accessories you might expect with a new watch (a charger and strap). The products are professionally cleaned, inspected, and tested, but crucially not by Apple.
You'll get a 90-day guarantee, but our personal preference would be to buy a refurbished watch straight from Apple, just because the standards are generally higher. However, at current Black Friday rates, many models, such as the Apple Watch SE, are cheaper new during the sales than they are from Apple refurbished.
If you're in the market for a new Apple Watch, you might also want some cool accessories to go with it, no? We've got a list of our best ever Apple Watch bands, from the carbon-neutral, unique recycled pattern of the Nike sport loop pictured above (on my wrist, strapped to the Apple Watch Series 9 review unit I tested last year) to leather, metal and finewoven bands from both Apple and third parties alike.
Whew. Black Friday's drawing to a close and we've covered a lot of ground today. The deals, however, keep coming thick and fast: the Apple Watch SE 2 in its larger 44mm size (GPS only) is no longer discounted at Amazon, but it can be found at Walmart at the same awesome $179 price point (down from $279). That's a big $100 off.
- Apple Watch SE 2 (44mm) GPS: was $279 now $179 at Walmart
When will the Black Friday Apple Watch deals end?
Black Friday is officially over, but to paraphrase the immortal lyrics from All-Star by Smash Mouth, the deals don't stop coming. You'll be able to find Apple Watch deals right up until 11:59pm on Cyber Monday, December 2, so you still have all weekend to shop around.
Some of the best deals will end over the course of this weekend, so you'll see a few discounts disappear and potentially some new ones crop up. We'll keep you posted with major developments, including where to find the best deals.
Black Friday may be over, but new deals are still emerging out of the woodwork. The Apple Watch SE 2 (40mm) cellular model has just dropped by another $20 on Amazon to a lowest price ever of $199 in its Midnight color. Get it now, before it's gone!

Well hello there! Black Friday may indeed be over, but having had a little scout around the various retailers occupying the internet, I've noticed there's still a whole lot of Apple Watch deals to be had.
So I'd suggest giving the deal boxes above a good sweep to see if there are Apple Watch models that catch your eye at a cut price.
Guess who's back?
It's Sunday, and all of the deals above are still going strong, so there's still time to grab a fantastic Apple Watch deal!
We touched on it in some of the deals blocks above, but one of the cool new features you get with the Series 9, Series 10 and Ultra 2 watches is gesture controls, specifically the Double Tap functionality displayed above. Simply pinch your forefinger and thumb together twice to answer a call, dismiss an alarm, play or pause music, or cycle through your widgets on the home screen.
It's ideal if you're in a situation where you're holding on to a rail on the bus or train, carrying the shopping, or simply can't use the button or touch screen for any reason whatsoever. Of the deals above, only the Apple Watch SE 2 doesn't have this functionality, which double-taps out of using the feature in favor of a lower price.
"As I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a rapping, as if someone double-tapping on my Apple Watch Ultra 2." - Edgar Allan Poe, 1845.
Considering buying an Apple Watch, or passing the time before your new one arrives by shopping for more Apple Watches? To each their own, but we've got lots of tips for how to use and care for your Apple Watch.
One of the most useful features, once you get past the fear of banking blindness, is Apple Pay, which allows you to quickly and easily pay for the bill with just a tap of the wrist.
Here's how to set up Apple Pay and how to use Apple Pay on your Apple Watch.
If you're a runner like me, your instinct might be to opt for a more fitness-first device. Au contraire; with every passing year, Apple Watches have become better and better running companions, and especially when it comes to the Apple Watch Ultra.
Here are 5 ways to use the Apple Watch to become a better runner.
If you're upgrading from an older Apple Watch model, you might have apps, settings and files you want to transfer to your new device. Thankfully, it's easily done; here's our guide for how to back up your Apple Watch.
The Apple Watch backup includes (but isn’t limited to):
- Health and fitness data (like workouts, awards, and history).
- Present watch face, additional watch faces, and complications.
- Home-screen app layout.
- Notification preferences.
- Time zone.
- App-specific data for built-in apps.
- System settings.
Your Apple Watch backup will not include:
- Debit or credit cards used for Apple Pay on your Watch.
- Bluetooth pairings.
- Apple Watch passcode.
Another good pastime as you wait for your new smartwatch is reading up on how to set up and pair your Apple Watch. It's pretty easy, though as per usual Apple does throw in the odd Apple-ism.
Apple is excellent as bringing in exciting and innovative new features, but it's not always easy to figure out how to use them to their full potential. That's where we come in!
For example, did you know you can use a simple Shortcut to turn my Apple Watch Ultra into a one-touch rest timer in the gym? Well, now you do. Check out our guide!
Good morning deals hunters! We're going to do a quick price check and will be back with the latest deals very soon.
Good news, there's only one major price change today, and it's the Apple Watch Series 9 (41mm) GPS. Bad news, it's now $70 pricier than its Black Friday price.
Granted, it's still a decent deal knocking $50 from its $399.99 list price, but certainly a less appealing price than it was just a few days ago.
Apple Watch Series 9 (41mm) GPS: was $399.99 now $349 at Amazon
Morning folks, Stephen from Fitness and Wearables jumping online! Cyber Monday has started and the Apple Watch deals are still going strong.
The number one deal right now is still the epic low price on the Apple Watch SE. It's currently $149, 40% off, and it's the lowest price ever!
Apple Watch SE: Was $249 now $149 at Amazon
US Deal: As far as Apple Watch Cyber Monday deals go, Target has one of the better offers on the Apple Watch Series 9 which will save you $120 on a model that packs the same Double Tap features as the Ultra 2.
For a model we gave 4 stars in our review, this Apple Watch model is a great choice if you're not too concerned about having a smartwatch with all the fitness features. While the watch does pack basic fitness features, the Apple Watch 9 is best suited for those looking for a smartwatch with great day-to-day usage.
Apple Watch Series 9 41mm: was $399.99 now $279.99 at Target
US Deal: Though this small $80 saving on one of Apple's most advanced watches may not be a huge Cyber Monday deal, it's one of the better-remaining offers on Apple's brightest watch display with a 36-hour battery.
Voted our overall best smartwatch, the watch packs Apple's Double Tap feature allowing you to answer calls, start workouts, dismiss timers, and more. For those who are looking for a smartwatch that's serious about fitness features, then this is the model to consider.
Apple Watch Ultra 2: was $799 now $719 at Best Buy
US Deal: Our best budget Apple Watch is now even more affordable in Walmart's Cyber Monday sale, saving you $100 on a smartwatch we gave 4.5 stars in our review.
While models such as the Apple Watch Ultra pack the most advanced features, the Apple Watch SE 2 doesn't fall short of giving you the whole Apple Watch experience with a reliable two-day battery life. When price-matched with the likes of Best Buy and Target, this model's lowest price is $169, therefore Walmart is your best shot for scoring a good Cyber Monday deal.
Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen): was $249.00 now $149.00 at Walmart
Cellular saving: If you're looking to save on a cheap cellular Apple Watch, it doesn't get better than this Apple Watch SE 2 down to just $219 at Amazon.
This is the best price we've seen on Apple's cheapest cellular option, which gets you a budget model with music streaming, calls and texts, and navigation even when you don't have your iPhone handy.
Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen): was $299.00 now $219.00 at Walmart
Hi gang! Matt Evans, Senior Fitness & Wearables Editor, back to see out the rest of the Cyber Monday deals. We'll check the deals above periodically and add new ones if we find them, but we expect prices to hold steady now - unless popular deals sell out.
One of the best thing about smartwatches is also one we overlook - full color maps on your wrist. I use them for marathon training, so I can plot and follow extremely long running routes around unfamiliar London streets (it's a big place, and sixteen-mile runs means venturing into uncharted territory) but they're useful for everyday stuff too.
On a recent trip to Venice, my wife was following the Apple Maps route to our dinner destination on-wrist, instead of on her phone. She turned to me and said "if I had this as a kid, it would have blown my mind - it's like a futuristic spy watch, isn't it?"
I think we often forget we're living in the future. Apple Watches, which can make calls on-wrist like Buzz Lightyear and show us live maps like a secret agent following a target, are inherently futuristic devices. I think sometimes, we get so into the weeds of technology that we need to take a step back and appreciate how far we've come. No wonder the Cyber Monday deals on these gadgets are so popular!
I've just done a bit of a refresh on the deals above, and it looks like we've lost one. The Apple Watch SE 2 (44mm) GPS & cellular model can now be found on Amazon for $240.15 down from $329: still a good discount, but not the $199 it once was. This discount is only in its Silver Aluminium Case with Denim Sport Band option above, with no deals at all for the smaller SE 2 40mm GPS & Cellular model. It just goes to show, there's no time to hang around!
Apple Watch SE 2 Cellular (44mm): was $329 now $240.76 at Amazon
In Best Buy's Cyber Monday sale, you can score an $80 saving on the Apple Watch SE 2 (40mm) GPS & Cellular, the watch we said we were missing in the post below. In case you need a refresher, the SE 2 is a smartwatch which we awarded a generous 4.5 stars in our review and named it a great budget option in our best smartwatch list.
Best Buy isn't disappointing us with one, and the fact it's a GPS and Cellular smartwatch makes it an even more worthwhile Cyber Monday purchase.
Apple Watch SE 2nd Gen 40mm: was $299.00 now $219.00 at Best Buy
US Deal: It's still not too late to get your hands on the Apple Watch Ultra 2, aka the best smartwatch there is. This Cyber Monday Apple Watch deal is still available on Amazon and Best Buy for the exact same price, so your chances of landing one this Cyber Monday has just doubled.
We gave the Apple Watch Ultra 2 4.5 stars in our review , purely because of its impressive 3,000 nit Retina Display screen, GPS accuracy, and battery life. If you're serious about fitness tracking, look no further.
Apple Watch Ultra 2: was $799.00 now $719.00 at Amazon
Apple Watch Ultra 2: was $799.00 now $719.00 at Best Buy
That $149 Apple Watch SE 2 (40mm) GPS deal that's been trucking along all weekend has sadly sold out, but the next best thing is the same watch for $169. In the grand scheme of things, it's only $20 more and still an $80 saving on a fantastic fitness watch.
However, it's a solid reminder that nothing is forever, except for death and taxes... not even a historic Cyber Monday Apple Watch deal.
Apple Watch SE 2 (40mm) GPS: was $249 now $169 at Best Buy
IT'S BACK
Amazon hasn't gotten rid of the Apple Watch SE 2 (40mm) for a lowest-ever price of $149 after all. It temporarily raised the SE 2's price up to $169, which Best Buy and a host of other online retailers are charging for the SE 2 this Cyber Monday, but Amazon appears to have changed its mind and lowered the price once again.
Whoever's pulling the leavers over there, please stop - you're killing us. I've updated the deals block above with the correct price, and I hope this discount will last until the end of Cyber Monday. Just in case it doesn't, grab it!
Apple Watch SE 2 (40mm) GPS: was $249 now $149 at Amazon
We've talked a lot about the Apple Watch SE today. So much so, in fact, that you might wonder "Why would I get a Series 10 if the SE is so good, and much cheaper?"
For one thing, the Series 10 is thinner, lighter, and has more screen space thanks to its new curving design, as you can see in the picture above. For another, it can do things the SE can't, such as hands-free motion controls, a more sophisticated version of the "Find My Phone" functionality, and it fast charges, reaching 80% capacity in just 30 minutes on the MagSafe charger.
In addition, it also has the Apple Watch Ultra 2's Depth app, allowing you to more accurately measure snorkeling sessions, and it has a Sleep Apnoea detection function.
Apple Watch Series 10 (42mm) GPS: was $399 now $329.99 at Walmart
Apple Watch Series 10 (46mm) GPS: was $429 now $359 at Amazon
All the Apple Watches listed above have the ability to control music playing on your phone (useful for when you're out and about) but they can also store your music for offline play. This handy feature is extra essential when you have an Apple Watch without cellular connectivity (i.e. a cheaper GPS-only model) which means it won't be able to stream without your phone.
If you've just bought an Apple Watch, check out our guides on how to store music on your Apple Watch and how to connect AirPods to an Apple Watch.
Where are all the deals on the Apple Watch Series 8?
You might have noticed we've covered the Series 9, Series 10, Ultra 2 and SE 2 this year. Given the SE 2 came out the same year as the original Ultra and SE 2, why are there no deals on it?
The answer is: Apple work on replacing their watches as soon as they possibly can, using incremental updates and ceasing to sell the old ones when a new entry in the series comes along. Over time, they fade away from storefronts, only really cropping up when a great renewed or refurbished deal comes along.
If you do find a Series 8 in the wild, for cheap, there's nothing to stop you grabbing it: it's still supported with Apple's latest watchOS system, watchOS 11, and will be for a couple of years yet. We rated it four stars in our Apple Watch 8 review, although we noted it was a very small update over last year.
Morning folks, Stephen from fitness and wearables dropping by again. Black Friday and Cyber Monday might be over, but there are still a couple of deals worth checking out if you're in the hunt for an Apple Watch!
US Deal: While we saw the Apple Watch SE fall to just $149 over the Black Friday weekend, that deal has now ended. As such, the best saving you can get your hands on right now is this $169 Apple Watch SE at Amazon. That's only $20 more than the lowest price we saw on Cyber Monday, and still a tremendous $80/32% saving.
Apple Watch SE (2nd Gen): was $249.00 now $169.00 at Amazon
US Deal: While you've missed the biggest saving of $80 on the new Black titanium Apple Watch Ultra 2, it's still kicking around at Amazon for just $734.89, a massive $65 off and only $15 shy of the lowest price we saw this weekend.
That's still a fantastic saving on a watch that only came out a few weeks ago.
Apple Watch Ultra 2: was $799 now $734 at Amazon
US Deal: If you still want to get your hands on an Apple Watch Series 9, Best Buy is selling it for just $315, $83 off. That's not the lowest-ever price, but it's definitely the best you'll find right now.
Apple Watch Series 9 41mm: was $399.99 now $315.99 at Best Buy
Lowest-ever price still going! If you want the best Apple Watch deal still around, $329 for the Apple Watch Series 10 is the magic number. You can find the smaller 42mm version at Amazon, Best Buy, and Walmart at the lowest-ever price we've seen it, including the Black Friday sales.
Apple Watch Series 10: was $399 now $329 at Amazon
